Instructions To Parents

Parents and Guardians of students having already signed Admission Forms agreeing to observe the rules of the school.
The school expects the co-operation of the parents / guardians to ensure that :

(i) The children come to school regularly and punctually dressed neatly and correctly.
(ii) The children must bring required books to school.
(iii) The children should prepare their lessons and complete their assignments on time.

They are also expected to co-operate with the school authorities by taking interest in school activities.
Parents / guardians are requested to make their own remarks in the Planner for the information of the teacher and sign it every day.
If a student is absent due to illness for more than 3 days, the Principal must be informed and a medical certificate provided.
Parents/guardians are not allowed to meet their children or interview the teachers during school hours without the prior permission of the Principal.
Parents / guardians are to ensure that their children do not bring valuables to school. The school will not take any responsibility for any loss.
Students are prohibited from bringing mobiles / USBs/CDs or any other electronic gadget to the school.
Students have to return the report cards duly signed by parents / guardians within 5 (five) days of its receipt. Lost report cards will incur a fine of Rs. 100/-
Students are not allowed to receive visitor or to make phone calls during class hours unless the matter is very urgent.
Parents/guardians are requested to sign all exercise books and work sheets with special reference to class assignments.
